Sprinkler Supply Company

Tyler was extremely patient, kind, and helpful! We needed help setting up our drip line, and he helped us get all the parts we needed and explained everything we needed to know. This will now be my go-to spot for anything sprinkler-related. Great prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. 4/5 times going in was a negative experience, including when my wife tried to get help. Once she waited for 15 minutes and finally left. The one positive experience was when the manager helped me get lined out with the block I needed, the rest of the guys are pretty useless and don't care if you are there or not.

I like this place a lot. So why only two stars? To get management's attention to make some changes around there. First off, the customer service quality is really good. As a home owner, they answer my questions WITH questions to make sure they understand my setup. They are very knowledgeable. Second, they have a good stock of inventory. Anyway, those two positives are the two stars they get. Now to the missing three stars. Sprinkler Supply Company has a slow, old-school, poor check-out system. When you buy stuff, no matter how little there is, you say your name to an employee who types it into their system. There is no card they scan to bring you up as a frequent customer. Once the employee finds you, they create an invoice (yes, an invoice!), and add your purchases to it. They then print two copies (yes, two!) of that invoice on 8.5" x 11" paper (yes, letter size!). Those copies don't _shoot_ out either; they _crawl_ out of the printer. Only after you sign one and hand it back are you fully checked out. This is much slower than just getting a receipt. If they had five registers, then this wait wouldn't be a problem. But normally, there's only one or two registers o

This is a great place and great service. 99% of the time they will have what you need. If you know what your doing and don't need advice go to Home Depot it's a lot faster. During the summer they can be busy and it can take a lot longer. But if you have the time or you need guidance on your project this is the place to go. They have a knowledgeable staff and are always helpful.
